So, the main purpose of Kanga being moved to Zootopia was so she could host "Mothers Intuition" a radio show for Mammals to call up and get advice and have a chat about problems or issues or concerns that need a certain touch only a mother can give.
I may or may not have a small script written to introduce it but that's for elsewhere.
If your Characters would like to listen, call up, or talk about the show, that'll be fine.
Also if discussion is allowed in these (all in all I'm hoping I've used this right) I need a Name and Direction for the station she now works for.

. I would talk to someone who does have a radio station and ask to be part of that area. 
That is what I would do.
