Personality: Benevolent, Caring and Gentle, but not one to skimp out on deserved punishment.
History: As is often the way, what started out as a small community, made up of (the original HAW crew) soon blossomed and evolved into an actual town. With a larger town, information started to slow as social groups started separating, but Roo suggested a newsletter to go out to let everyone know what was going on about the town. Unfortunately that soon wasn’t enough. So someone suggested Radio service, the idea caught on quickly, and nce host were found it went wild. One of the hosts got sick, and suggested that the people behind the newsletter replace them for a time, but since Roo was still too young, Kanga took his place. Not long after, She had earnt her own spot on the show, Mother’s Intuition. A big wig from Zootopia had stopped by the town, heard the show and bought out the rights to the segment, after offering Kanga a place of residence in Zootopia and a sopt for Roo at a nearby school.

Personality: Childish, Fun loving, excited and adventurous. He does know when to be serious though.
History: Even though his newsletter idea fell through, Roo wasn't discouraged and still set out to make friends in all parts of town, but when his Mother got the Radio job he was overjoyed, this is one of the things what he wanted in writing, but actually hearing his mother's voice helping people is even better.
Now they get to go to the big city and help even MORE people! And he gets to go to a new school!
